Description

The Indian curry is a blend of healthy spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander. Turmeric which has the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory curcumin, is the ingredient in curry know as "brain food". Served with basmati lemon rice. Mild heat.

Refrigerated. Fresh made. Cooks in 3-5 minutes in the microwave.

Ingredients:

All Natural Boneless Chicken, Onions, Water, Tomato Puree, Canola Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Red Chili, Turmeric, Bay Leaves, Garam Masala (Spice Blend), Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom; Lemon Rice: Basmati Rice Water, Red Chili, Lentils, Lemon Juice, Mustard Seeds, Canola Oil, Turmeric.

Directions:

Remove the sleeve. Peel back a few inches from the entree side of the tray and microwave on high for 2 to 5 minutes. Let sit for one minute before it is ready to serve.
