Early in the season, the bunches of the organic green grapes are smaller and are at a higher price point.
California Pearlettes are round, a light green, and have a firm texture. Look for grapes that have a golden-yellow undertone to the green - which have more sweet flavor.
Storage Tips:
Best to east as soon as possible. Do not wash them until you're ready to eat (moisture will make them deteriorate very quickly). Refrigerate them dry in a plastic bag. Grapes will last up to a week properly stored in the refrigerator.
