What does MaxDelivery sell?
MaxDelivery sells the products that you use everyday.
From drug store items to groceries to baby products to DVDs, MaxDelivery has thousands of products that you need to run your daily life. By using MaxDelivery, you can save trips to various stores and get back some of your precious time for more important matters.
MaxDelivery stocks items as diverse as milk, cold medicines, DVD rentals and sales, baby bottles, cereal, frozen meals, and cleaning supplies. MaxDelivery has everything you need for your night at home, saving you a trip out to the local store.
If you would like to order a product that we do not currently offer, please let us know. We are always expanding our selection to better meet your needs.
What if I cannot find the item I am looking for?
MaxDelivery strives to offer all of the items that you need. If you would like us to offer additional products, please let us know by emailing us at products@maxdelivery.com. We will review the suggestions and, if we can service it, we will attempt to add it to our catalog.
How are your prices compared to my local stores? Are you more expensive than my other local stores?
We strive to be price competitive with your local supermarkets and drug store chains, providing you all the
convenience without a tradeoff on pricing. Often our prices will be less expensive than the local deli in your neighborhood.
And, with our free delivery over $100 policy, you can avoid all those little fees and surcharges,
making your shopping easier.
If you see some prices that seem too high as compared to your local store,
please let us know. Often, these are simply errors on the
site and we value your input to make this right.
Can I rent Adult Movies?
Yes. MaxDelivery has a wide selection of Adult Movies that you can order and receive in complete anonymity. To view our selection of Adult Movies, you must be an existing customer, over the age of 18 and must agree to our adult terms and conditions. Once you agree, you will be taken to our Adult Movies section where you can browse our selection and select movies for rent.
Adult DVD’s cost $5.75 for a 3 night rental.
Please note that our delivery personnel will require proper identification before delivering any items that are age restricted, including Adult movies, wine, and beer. If you do not have proper identification available, the order will be returned to the warehouse and you will be charged a delivery service fee.
Can I buy beer and wine?
MaxDelivery offers premium artisinal wine & spirits from Artisan Wines, a premiere local New York wine shop. We also deliver a full beer collection offered by Greene Grape Provisions, a great local merchant.
To order wine & spirits or beer, you must be over the age of 21 and have government provided ID available at the time of delivery. Proper identification is required before delivering any items that are age restricted, including adult movies, cigarettes, wine & spirits. If you do not have an ID available, the order will be returned to the warehouse and you will be charged a delivery service fee and a restocking fee of 15% of the entire order.
All wine, spirits, and beer orders need to be accepted in person and cannot be left with doorman or with other members of a household.
Can I buy cigarettes?
Yes. MaxDelivery has a selection of popular cigarette brands that you can order and receive in the comfort of your home. To order from our selection of cigarettes, you must be over the age of 18 and have government provided ID available at the time of delivery.
Please note that our delivery personnel will require proper identification before delivering any items that are age restricted, including Adult movies, cigarettes, wine, and beer. If you do not have proper identification available, the order will be returned to the warehouse and you will be charged a delivery service fee.
There is a 2 case maximum on all cigarette purchases per order.
What is your Maximum Freshness Guarantee?
At MaxDelivery, we are highly committed to providing the highest-quality produce and grocery items available and we go the extra mile to stand behind our 100% Maximum Freshness Guarantee.
Many stores just offer a future credit with their guarantee. Not us! We will promptly re-deliver any produce or grocery items that are not to your satisfaction or issue a full credit, whichever you prefer.
All produce & grocery items are carefully picked and packaged by specialists to ensure freshness on all deliveries.
